What do we expect:
— At least 4 years of hands-on experience in product design; — Ability to autonomously plan and run design activities on the project; — Experience in UI/UX conceptualization from scratch; — Proven track record of full scale redesign campaigns for established SaaS, fintech or Web3 products; — Experience in daily communication and workshops with clients and stakeholders; — Advanced understanding and experience in building and supporting the design systems; — Experience in prototyping and interaction design; — Solid product design portfolio that showcases your skills; — English — Strong Upper Intermediate and higher (very important) — Experience with Claude Code, Cursor, Figma Make; — Permanent curiosity and a strong will to grow.
