We are Growity Tech — a product company building consumer digital products used by millions worldwide. We are looking for a Middle+ UI/UX Designer with strong commercial product thinking to design and improve subscription-based web products and mobile apps.
What you’ll do:
Design end-to-end user flows and responsive web/mobile screens in Figma, from concept to production UI
Improve conversion, activation and monetization through UX/UI hypotheses and A/B test experiments
Build clickable prototypes and prepare developer-ready specs: states, edge cases, handoff
Maintain and grow the design system’s reusable components
Collaborate with performance marketing, product, analytics and engineering; review shipped designs for quality
What’s required:
3+ years of commercial UI/UX or Product Design experience (or equivalent portfolio strength), with a portfolio showing shipped web funnels: landing, quizzes, onboarding, checkout/paywall, upsell
Hands-on mobile design experience (iOS/Android)
Understanding of subscription monetization and how UX drives conversion, activation and retention
Advanced Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping) and strong responsive web design skills
Ability to work in a hypothesis-driven / CRO environment: mapping flows, designing for A/B tests, handling states and edge cases
Developer handoff experience and solid visual fundamentals (hierarchy, typography, spacing, consistency)
Commercial mindset focused on measurable outcomes, speed and ownership — comfortable with data that may invalidate a design hypothesis
