Role Overview – Product Designer
We are looking for a curious, product-minded designer who enjoys solving complex UX challenges and is excited about the future of AI-powered product design.
Beyond strong UX fundamentals, we’re looking for someone who actively explores AI tools and continuously experiments with new ways to improve design workflows. The ideal candidate already uses tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, or similar AI assistants to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, documentation, and day-to-day product design.

The designer will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to translate complex product logic into intuitive user experiences while helping shape the future of our AI-enabled design process.
Key Requirements
AI & Innovation
Strong interest in AI-powered product design and hands-on experience with tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, Figma Make, or similar
Experience using AI to accelerate UX workflows, prototyping, documentation, user flows, research, or content generation
Passion for experimenting with emerging AI technologies and integrating them into everyday design work
Experience building custom prompts, reusable AI workflows, internal AI assistants, or other productivity solutions is a strong plus
Curiosity to continuously explore new AI capabilities and share discoveries with the team
Product Design
Strong wireframing, interaction design, and information architecture skills
Ability to structure complex product logic into clear, intuitive user experiences
Experience designing complex B2B SaaS products or enterprise applications
Strong analytical and systems thinking
Ability to transform ambiguous business or technical requirements into scalable UX solutions
Attention to usability, consistency, and scalability
Collaboration
Strong communication and collaboration skills across Product, Design, and Engineering
Open to giving and receiving feedback
Enjoys working in a collaborative environment where teammates actively mentor and support one another
Willingness to document ideas, share best practices, and help improve team processes
