Що робити

  • Own the analytics layer for the retention product: track key metrics, build dashboards, and proactively surface insights - not just answer requests
  • Act as a product voice in the absence of a dedicated PM: identify gaps in the player journey, formulate hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and collaborate with the team on implementation
  • Analyze traffic cohorts to understand acquisition quality, early engagement patterns, and long-term retention dynamics
  • Conduct in-depth churn analysis - identify at-risk segments, understand drop-off triggers, and propose data-backed retention mechanics (bonuses, tournaments, comms)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, bonus structures, and CRM campaigns; recommend optimizations grounded in data

Що очікуємо

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience with BigQuery; confident working with large, complex datasets
  • Product thinking: you connect metrics to user behavior, not just to business KPIs - you ask “why” before jumping to “what”
  • Experience analyzing retention, engagement, or lifecycle funnels - ideally in a B2C or gaming context
  • Proven track record evaluating promotional mechanics: tournaments, bonuses, CRM campaigns
  • Strong communication skills - you can turn a complex analysis into a clear recommendation for a non-technical audience
