Your Tasks:
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather and document requirements, and translate them into Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Power Platform and SharePoint.
Create detailed design specifications for Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), SharePoint, and other Power Platform components to address business needs through user-friendly and efficient solutions. Ensure that Power Platform and SharePoint solutions comply with security and compliance standards, including data privacy requirements.
Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, as well as provide training and support to end-users on the effective use of Power Platform applications and SharePoint.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Power Platform and SharePoint solutions, configurations, and changes.
Stay updated with the latest Power Platform and SharePoint features and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
Required Experience and Skills:
5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and SharePoint
Power Platform certifications: PL-900, PL-200, PL-400.
Experience with Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Microsoft SharePoint 2010/2013/SPO.
Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, SQL, or similar database technologies.
Strong foundational knowledge of the Office 365 platform, including Azure cloud services.
Ability to quickly understand how existing systems operate and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.
Independent, self-managed, fast learner, and able to understand the big picture in a dynamic environment.
