We are looking for a Power BI Analyst. In this role, you will
Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards based on data from Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other internal systems
Automate management reporting, including P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, AP/AR Aging, Budget vs Actual, and intercompany reports
Build scalable, user-friendly dashboards for monitoring financial, operational, and business metrics
Prepare ad-hoc analytics and reports for management and cross-functional teams
Design and maintain data integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365, Excel, and Power BI
Develop and optimize complex data models, table relationships, and reporting structures
Automate manual reporting processes and reduce reliance on Excel files
Set up regular data refreshes and ensure the stability and timeliness of analytical reporting
Analyze data quality across ERP and adjacent systems, identify inconsistencies, and support data quality initiatives
Configure access roles and security models in Power BI, including RLS/OLS
Document report logic, data sources, business rules, and calculations
Partner closely with product analysts and business stakeholders to align metrics and unify reporting approaches
Independently drive analytical tasks from requirements gathering through to final delivery
It’s all about you
3+ years of experience as a Power BI Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Analyst
Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytical reporting in Power BI
Strong knowledge of Power BI: Power Query, DAX, data modeling, relationships, measures, calculated columns, RLS
Understanding of data modeling principles, ETL processes, and system integrations
Practical experience automating reporting and optimizing manual processes
Strong command of Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Lookup formulas)
Experience configuring access roles and security models in Power BI
Experience documenting analytical solutions, calculation logic, and data sources
Basic understanding of SQL for working with and validating data
English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
Would be a plus
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP systems
