- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with teammates to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations.
- Partner with team managers to enhance team member well-being and engagement.
- Streamline offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions, conducting exit interviews.
- Support and help shape our internal Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
