Що робити
- Manage and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new hires;
- Support employees through their adaptation period and ensure smooth integration into teams;
- Coordinate and manage offboarding processes with care and clarity;
- Conduct regular one-on-one People Partner meetings with employees;
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related topics, concerns, and feedback;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in HR, People Partner, HR Generalist, or similar roles;
- Proven ability to fully own the employee experience across the entire lifecycle;
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate+ level (both written and spoken);
- Comfortable working in a hybrid format, with at least 2–3 days per week in the office;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, high level of ownership, accountability, and true can-do attitude.
