Що робити

Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned countries from payroll preparation through payroll completion and post-payroll reconciliation to ensure payroll accuracy.
Collect, and process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, commissions, absences, and final settlements.
Coordinate with external payroll vendors and EOR providers, review payroll reports, resolve discrepancies, and approve payroll for processing payments.
Ensure compliance with local payroll, tax, social security, and employment legislation in AU, GB, and DE.
Maintain payroll data accuracy throughout the employee lifecycle.

Що очікуємо

3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
Hands-on experience managing end-to-end payroll and working with external payroll vendors and/or EOR providers.
Strong understanding of payroll processes, payroll controls, and gross-to-net calculations.
Knowledge of working with BAS ERP is an advantage.
Knowledge of payroll legislation in Australia, Germany, and/or the UK is an advantage.
