Що робити
- Primary focus — payroll and benefits
- Run the full payroll cycle for employees, gig contractors and PE’s — from timesheets and source documents to accruals, payments and reconciliation
- Calculate vacation pay, sick leave, bonuses, compensations and final settlements accurately and on time, every time
- Calculate and pay PIT, military levy and SSC (ESV), and prepare and submit payroll reporting
- Handle payroll for our small team outside Ukraine, including the Estonian entity, together with local advisors where needed
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll accounting experience in Ukraine
- Independent ownership of payroll for employment contracts, gig contracts and FOPs, including payments and reporting
- Strong knowledge of Ukrainian labour and tax law, including how martial-law rules apply in practice
- Working experience with BAS, M.E.Doc and Vchasno, and confident Excel and Google Sheets
- Accuracy you can be held to and the habit of checking your own numbers
