Що робити
- work on shifts (daily and evening combined, 40 hours per week)
- manage load between payment gates due to key metrics and internal information
- monitor real-time transaction flows to detect anomalies
- monitor anomalies in decline reasons
- constantly communicate with partners to achieve mutual goals
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Risk Management, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Specialized training in operational risk is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in risk management within a fintech, banking, or payments-focused environment
- Strong understanding of digital payment infrastructure, transaction processing, and settlement mechanisms
- Familiarity with payment networks (Visa, Mastercard, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH)
