- Speaker & Podcast Guest Sourcing – Research and identify thought leaders, clinicians, researchers, patient advocates, and wellness experts aligned with our conference themes
- Outreach & Booking – Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, Twitter/X, and professional networks; manage pipelines of 50+ prospects monthly; negotiate terms and contracts
- Relationship Management – Maintain ongoing communication with booked talent between events; nurture a 100+ person active roster; ensure repeat engagement at 40%+ rate
- Vetting – Validate credentials (medical licenses, peer-reviewed publications, speaking experience); ensure alignment with brand standards
- Conference Speaker Schedule – Build and maintain master conference agenda; coordinate time slots, session lengths, and room assignments with production team; ensure no scheduling conflicts between speakers
Що очікуємо
- 5+ years experience booking speakers and podcast guests, maintaining relationships
- Proven track record closing cold outreach conversions (30%+ response rate target)
- CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) with disciplined follow-up cadences
- Exceptional written communication, negotiation skills, and emotional intelligence
- Comfort coordinating cross-functionally with operations, legal, and finance teams
