Що робити
- Build and maintain relationships with SMS providers
- Onboard new providers and manage ongoing communication
- Resolve operational issues, disputes, and escalations
- Negotiate pricing, limits, and commercial terms
- Register and maintain US phone numbers across providers
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, bizdev, affiliate marketing, telecom, SMS, or related operational environments
- Strong spoken and written English for daily communication with US partners
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and conversations simultaneously
- High level of ownership and self-management
