KPMG Ukraine is looking for Partner Assistance Manager
This work is for you if you have:
At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant to CEO, Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or Project Coordinator. Experience within leading law firms, management consultancies, Big Four, or other professional services firms will be considered a significant advantage
Experience working with C-level executives or business owners
Hands-on experience in project coordination and task tracking
Experience collaborating with international partners
German language skills are considered an advantage, but are not required.
The role involves regular business travel.
English — mandatory:
Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level
Participation in meetings conducted in English
Ability to clearly structure and document meeting outcomes
What you will do:
1. Partner Support
Organizing and coordinating the Partner’s schedule
Preparing materials for meetings, briefings, and negotiations
Supporting internal and external communications
Monitoring the execution of tasks and decisions assigned by the Partner
2. Participation in Project Management
Coordinating project tasks (construction / energy / development)
Monitoring deadlines and execution status
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (project managers, engineers, etc.)
Structuring project information (tasks, risks, statuses)
Managing follow-ups and ensuring execution of decisions after meetings
3. Work with Meetings (including in English)
Participating in meetings in Ukrainian and English
Recording key agreements, decisions, and action points
Preparing structured meeting summaries
Monitoring the execution of agreed action items
4. Document & Communication Management
Preparing, editing, and reviewing business correspondence (UA / EN)
Working with contracts, commercial proposals, and reports
Systematizing information and documentation
