- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospect lists to introduce LuckyStart and generate interest
- Convert prospects into registered players and first-time depositors
- Present welcome offers, bonuses, and promotions clearly and accurately, including bonus terms and wagering requirements
- Guide new players through registration and their first deposit
- Handle objections confidently and follow up with interested leads through calls, messangers and email
Що очікуємо
- Arabic and English is a MUST.
- Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or telesales, preferably in iGaming/forex
- Proven track record of hitting sales or conversion targets from cold leads
- Confident, persuasive phone manner with excellent communication skills in Arabic (additional languages a plus)
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
