Що робити
- Conduct due diligence on payment providers, merchants, and other business counterparties.
- Verify company registration details, jurisdiction, legal status, directors, shareholders, UBOs, and corporate structure.
- Review and analyze counterparty documentation, including incorporation documents, licenses, proof of address, ownership structure, internal policies, agreements, website terms and conditions, and other relevant materials.
- Assess whether the third party holds all required licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals applicable to its business activities.
- Analyze the counterparty’s business model and assess whether it is consistent with its declared business activities.
Що очікуємо
- Degree in Law or a background in Compliance.
- Proven experience in analyzing companies, corporate structures, ownership, directors, ultimate beneficial owners, and related parties.
- Solid understanding of KYC/KYB, AML, sanctions screening, adverse media screening, and the risk-based approach.
- Familiarity with the payments industry is an advantage.
- Experience conducting research using open sources, corporate registries, public databases, regulatory websites, court records, and other reputable business intelligence sources.
