- Build and execute ORM strategy
- Manage brand reputation across Google, review platforms, forums and social media
- Monitor and respond to reputation threats
- Improve branded search results (SERM)
- Collaborate with SEO, PR, Marketing and Legal teams
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of ORM/SERM experience
- Strong understanding of Google Search and review platforms
- Experience in fintech, crypto, iGaming or other high-risk industries
- Crisis reputation management experience
- Ukrainian and English
