• Own onboarding and offboarding, including system access, access removal, and data and knowledge transfer.
• Prepare verification letters and maintain policies and records in HRM.
• Ensure Finance is promptly informed of all people and compensation changes.
• Coordinate and manage the company-wide performance review cycle.
