- Complete assigned operational tasks and workflows during your scheduled shift.
- Use internal AI-assisted tools to process information and generate suggested outputs or responses.
- Review AI-generated information carefully for accuracy, relevance, and completeness before completing the associated task.
- Correct mistakes, misunderstandings, or incomplete outputs when necessary.
- Monitor assigned workflows and take appropriate manual action when an automated process cannot be completed successfully.
Що очікуємо
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.
- Strong written English comprehension, with the ability to carefully read and understand customer and business information.
- Comfortable using computers, internet browsers, search engines, web-based applications, and general productivity tools.
- Basic familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar AI assistants.
