Що робити

  • Project Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly progress, maintain project schedules, and provide detailed status presentations to stakeholders. Surface blockers early and push for resolution.
  • Meeting & Communication Facilitation: Set up and prepare meetings, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through. Manage and support communications with partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Documentation & Administration: Coordinate contractual processes, including agreements, documentation, and follow-ups. Support and monitor payment processes related to projects (in collaboration with Finance and Legal)
  • Resource Coordination: Liaise with team members and vendors to ensure the necessary equipment, materials, and resources are available on time.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and tracking of all initiatives. Identify risks, gaps, and inefficiencies, and proactively suggest improvements
