Що робити
- Analyze business and operational processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop solutions to increase productivity, reduce order processing time and costs, and enhance customer experience.
- Implement, document, and scale process improvements, including on-site initiatives at our logistics centers in Bucharest and Warsaw.
- Develop operational metrics and dashboards, strengthen the use of data analytics within the operations team, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate the financial impact of implemented changes and present results to relevant stakeholders.
Що пропонуємо
- A technical degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience working on IT and/or logistics projects in Europe.
- Knowledge of or hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Knowledge of SQL.
