• Assemble and lead temporary product and technology teams, engaging internal experts and external contractors within approved budgets.
• Drive MVP development, go-to-market, and acquisition of first customers.
• Connect product and operational decisions to business outcomes: revenue potential, costs, margins, CAC, payback, and unit economics.
