Motion Design & Animation: Create motion graphics, animated assets, product announcements, onboarding videos, and promotional content for marketing campaigns, events, and product communication.
Graphic Design: Design visual assets for social media, websites, presentations, newsletters, conferences, events, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Video Production: Create, edit, animate, and enhance video content for X, LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and other digital channels.
Content Development: Produce engaging short-form content, product videos, and visual assets that effectively communicate key messages and support brand awareness.
Marketing Creative Support: Create and adapt social media creatives, campaign assets, and promotional materials for ongoing marketing initiatives.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in Motion Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing motion graphics and digital content creation.
Design Tools: Proficiency in Adobe After Effects/Adobe Premiere Pro and Figma for creating high-quality motion and visual assets.
AI Video Production: Hands-on experience with Runway, Synthesia, or similar AI video platforms for creating AI-generated videos, avatars, and scalable marketing content.
Language: Intermediate (B1) or higher level of English for effective collaboration within an international environment.

Domain: Previous experience working in blockchain or other fast-paced digital product environments.
