What product and team will you be working on?
Skillsta is a digital product that helps users across the globe improve their soft skills through short, interactive lessons based on real-life situations. The app ranked among the top 20 in the Education category on the US App Store.

What you’ll do:
Create advertising video creatives for the Skillsta app.
Analyze creative performance and form hypotheses based on results.
Brainstorm ideas together with the team.
Collaborate closely with creative strategists.
Continuously research competitors and industry trends.
Generate your own ideas and bring them to life — and actually influence the product.
What you need to join us:
1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally with a background in marketing.
Proficiency in After Effects and Figma, including experience with After Effects plugins.
Strong understanding of timing, composition, and core animation principles.
Experience with AI tools for content generation.
Video editing and sound design skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to find quick, effective animation solutions.
Ability to prioritize, manage your own time, and optimize your workflow independently.
A team player who’s open to feedback, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
