We at ImpactFrames are looking for a skilled and passionate Motion Designer to join our team!

Our team includes motion designers, illustrators, UI/UX designers, and project managers — all united by a passion for storytelling and clean visual thinking.

🎯 What you’ll do:
Animate storyboards using After Effects (mostly 2D, some 3D integration).
Work with UI elements, icons, typography, and transitions.
Follow and improve visual style based on client branding and art direction.
Collaborate with designers and PMs to ensure smooth delivery.
🔍 What we’re looking for:
Solid experience with After Effects (shape animation, transitions, keyframe control).
Strong sense of timing, composition, and motion logic.
Portfolio with clean commercial explainer/promo work.
Basic Illustrator/Photoshop/Figma skills for working with assets.
English B1 - for understanding briefs & products (team communication in Ukrainian 🇺🇦)
Responsibility and independence - we appreciate self-driven people.

If your main experience is in YouTube/TikTok editing, this role may not be a good fit. We’re specifically looking for motion designers, not video editors.
🎁 Bonus (but not required):
Experience working in a motion studio.
3D basics (Element 3D, Blender, or C4D).
