- Monitor systems and infrastructure in real time (24/7 with 12-hour shifts 08:00-20:00 and 20:00-08:00 UTC+3).
- Promptly process incoming requests and incidents.
- Initially diagnose problems and document them.
- Resolve simple incidents.
- Escalate complex problems to the next support line promptly.
Що очікуємо
- Basic understanding of web servers and network technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud technology concepts (preferably AWS).
- Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems.
- Knowledge of containerization principles (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
