We’re looking for a Middle UI Designer to join our design team. The main focus of this role is UI. We need someone who can create polished, distinctive interfaces, explore different visual directions and bring designs to a production-ready level. You should understand UX and be able to build clear, logical interfaces, but this is not a UX-heavy role. Strong final UI and visual thinking are what we’ll pay the most attention to.
As an outsourcing company, we work with very different products: from landing pages and corporate websites to mobile apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards and complex digital systems. We’re open to both full-time and part-time cooperation.
What you’ll do
Design interfaces for websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms and other digital products.
Own UI tasks from brief to developer-ready result, including states, responsive behavior, edge cases and consistency with the design system.
Create UI concepts and explore different visual directions instead of stopping at the first obvious solution.
Work with typography, composition, color, grids, hierarchy and imagery.
Adapt your visual approach to different products, audiences and industries.
Work both from scratch and within existing design systems without losing visual quality.
Think through user flows and interface logic where needed.
Build and maintain components, UI libraries and design systems in Figma.
Proactively flag missing requirements, inconsistencies, risks and dependencies instead of silently making assumptions.
Prepare designs for development and work closely with developers.
Present your work and explain design decisions to clients and the team.
Use AI tools where they genuinely help with research, ideation, content, visual exploration or repetitive tasks.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of commercial experience in UI, Web or Product Design.
A strong portfolio with high-quality final UI for real digital products.
Strong UI craft and ability to bring work to production-ready quality.
Strong understanding of typography, composition, color, grids and visual hierarchy.
Ability to explore several solutions and visual directions instead of relying on one familiar approach.
Ability to work in different styles depending on the project and client.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Confident Figma skills: Auto Layout, components, variants, variables, styles and libraries.
Good understanding of UX fundamentals, usability, user flows and responsive design.
Ability to understand requirements, ask the right questions and work independently.
Ability to estimate tasks and deliver within agreed timelines.
Comfortable presenting and discussing your work.
Practical experience using AI tools in the design process and willingness to explore new tools.
English B2 or higher for communication with clients. Team communication is in Ukrainian.
Nice to have
Motion design and micro-interactions.
Experience designing complex SaaS products or dashboards.
Experience working in an outsourcing or agency environment.
Experience with Webflow, Framer, WordPress/Elementor or other no-code/low-code tools.
Ability to turn Figma designs into an interactive prototype or finished webpage.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Experience creating or maintaining design systems.
Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, Framer AI or similar to turn a design concept into a functional prototype or webpage.
