Own the agreed content calendar and day-to-day publishing, keeping each channel focused on its audience and purpose;
Run day-to-day Reddit activity: identify relevant communities and discussions, write useful posts and replies, follow up on conversations and introduce Bitmedia where relevant and permitted by community rules;
Develop and maintain Bitmedia’s official Reddit profile and community, publish helpful content, moderate discussions and involve Support or account managers when specialist input is needed;
Create original X posts and threads, adapt content for LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook and turn case studies, customer questions and product updates into useful stories;
Monitor relevant industry conversations, competitor content and our own results to maintain a strong pipeline of ideas, references and content experiments;

2+ years in social media or content marketing, with examples of managing brand content from planning through reporting;
Strong B2+ written English and the ability to write clear, engaging copy, develop strong hooks, and edit your own work;
Hands-on experience with Reddit marketing and community engagement for a brand or product, including researching relevant subreddits, creating useful posts and replies, participating in discussions and building trust. A clear understanding of subreddit culture, moderation, and self-promotion rules is essential;
Practical experience managing content for both TikTok and YouTube, including Shorts, from topic research and scripting to production briefs, publishing and performance analysis. You should understand hooks, pacing, video titles, thumbnails and audience retention;
Experience with brand accounts on X, LinkedIn, Telegram and an understanding of how content should change across platforms;

Experience in crypto, affiliate marketing, fintech, iGaming, SaaS or Web3;
Experience with creator collaborations, influencer outreach or co-created content;
Basic visual or editing skills in tools such as Figma, Canva, or CapCut; familiarity with existing AI tools.
