- Experiment relentlessly: Design structured experimentation frameworks to continuously test new audiences, markets, and creative approaches.
- Analyze to Win: Dive deep into data using tools like GA4, Firebase, or Adjust to analyze user journeys, cohorts, and performance bottlenecks.
- Drive Profitability: Continuously improve core metrics including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and marketing payback periods.
