- Own a set of automations end to end: build, deploy, monitor in production, fix.
- Automate hospital portals that have no API. These portals exist only in production — there is no test copy, and some actions cannot be easily undone.
- Verify your own output: there is no QA engineer and no QA team. You will not be left on your own — the tech lead and the CTO both write code daily and we share knowledge constantly — but checking your own area of work is your responsibility.
- Use AI coding agents daily; you review and stay responsible for everything they produce.

- Python in production — automations or services you built and ran yourself, not only in test.
- Browser automation of a portal with no API — Playwright, Selenium or Puppeteer, on at least one real, live site you automated yourself.
- Actions that cannot be undone — a repeated or resumed run never performs a completed action twice: idempotency, checkpoints, dry runs, a check before the action.
- You verify your own output — against the real data: in logs, in the database, in the output itself.
- Systems thinking — you consider how a change affects the systems around it, and you direct AI agents while keeping control of the code.
