- Work directly with customers to understand business goals, challenges, and context
- Lead and facilitate discovery sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
- Elicit, structure, and validate requirements, turning them into clear and actionable deliverables
- Own BA activities within the full project lifecycle (from discovery to delivery support)
- Drive decision-making and alignment across stakeholders
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in CRM-related projects
- (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to independently run requirement sessions and workshops
- Strong experience in requirements documentation (BRDs/FRDs, user stories, etc.)
- Ability to structure and visualize processes (BPMN, flow diagrams, etc.)
