- Monitor LTV, Redeposit, Churn, and engagement metrics.
- Analyze player behavior and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Affiliate and VIP teams to improve traffic quality and retention performance.
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing within iGaming.
- Strong understanding of LTV, ARPU, Redeposit, and Churn metrics.
- Experience with CRM platforms and automated communication flows.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+.
