Що робити
- Manage the full recruiting cycle — from application to candidate exit
- Agree with the hiring manager and determine priorities
- Work with referrals and actively search for candidates (LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, direct search)
- Conduct initial interviews and assess professional suitability
- Organize and coordinate technical and final interviews
Що очікуємо
- Willing to be a part of Engineering community and networking.
- Experience in recruitment/sourcing or completion of recruitment/sourcing courses.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/ATS and structured data.
- Proactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility.
- Good communication skills and attention to details.
