Що робити
- Manage project delivery from project initiation to closure within agreed scope, timeline, and budget;
- Coordinate project teams and ensure effective collaboration between developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders;
- Maintain regular communication with clients, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables;
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and proactively propose mitigation strategies;
- Track project scope, timeline, and resources, ensuring smooth delivery and timely completion of milestones;
Що очікуємо
- 3+ years of experience in project management in an IT outsourcing company;
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (written and spoken);
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);
- Experience managing distributed or cross-functional teams;
- Hands-on experience working with Fixed price and TM projects based on the EVM model;
