Що робити
- Oversee and manage projects in web and mobile development
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, DevOps, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Proactively identify risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in SaaS and mobile applications
- B2+ in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership skills—able to influence, motivate, and align teams toward a common goal
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable working with international clients and diverse teams
- Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall) and ability to adapt processes to fit project needs
