- You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining high client satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to execute projects, mitigate risks, and enhance cooperation to achieve project goals and deliver value to stakeholders.
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously in the AI Assistants development domain, ensuring alignment with business goals and organisational priorities;
- Lead software development team to deliver within the constraints of scope, schedule, budget, and resources;
- Closely collaborate with Stakeholders on scope, elaborate on requirements, and translate them into tasks for the development team;
- Lead and facilitate meetings with the stakeholders. Conduct grooming, planning, and brainstorming sessions;
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management within the software development industry;
- English - B2+;
- Expertise in Agile development: Scrum, Kanban, Hybrid frameworks;
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to use data to drive project decisions, optimize processes, and solve business problems;
- Ownership attitude and high-sense of responsibility;

- Generative AI experience (prompt engineering course, managing development of digital products or features with AI).
