About the role
We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Middle Product Manager to support the development and growth of two iGaming brands operating on a third-party platform provider. This role is focused on product execution, feature delivery, provider coordination, and ongoing product optimisation. You will work closely with senior management, platform providers, marketing, CRM, affiliate, operations, and support teams to ensure the successful implementation of product initiatives and a seamless player experience across both brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a product professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain end-to-end exposure to iGaming product management.
What you’ll do (day to day)
Execute and manage the product roadmap for two brands.
Coordinate product releases, feature implementations, and platform enhancements.
Act as the primary point of contact with platform and game providers regarding product-related requests and integrations.
Manage the implementation of promotional mechanics, tournaments, bonuses, gamification features, and retention tools.
Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Affiliate, Operations, and Support teams to ensure product initiatives align with business objectives.
Gather, document, and prioritise business requirements and product improvement requests.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve player experience, engagement, retention, and conversion.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of product initiatives.
Perform testing and quality assurance before launching new features or updates.
Track and report on project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Support the launch of new brands, products, features, and market expansions.
Analyse competitor products and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
What you’ll need
2–3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Product Operations within the iGaming industry.
Strong understanding of online casino and sportsbook products, player journeys, and promotional mechanics.
Experience working with platform providers, game providers, or third-party integrations.
Understanding of product development processes and release management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret product performance metrics.
English business level
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned initiatives..
Nice to have
Experience launching new brands or entering new markets.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools.
Understanding of key iGaming metrics such as GGR, NGR, ARPU, LTV, Retention, Conversion Rates, and Player Segmentation.
