Що робити
- Maintain, configure, and enhance Salesforce environments, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows, and platform settings.
- Gather functional and non-functional requirements from business stakeholders and convert them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement platform improvements that support sales processes, operational efficiency, and business objectives.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, custom fields, automation, and other Salesforce configurations that provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customizations, integrations, and platform enhancements.
