Що робити
- Design and animate performance-driven video creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, AppLovin, and Snapchat
- Collaborate with the Creative Producer and UA team on briefs, hypotheses, and rapid iterations
- Adapt winning concepts into multiple variations: hooks, lengths, aspect ratios, languages, audiences
- Edit footage (UGC, stock, screen captures, app gameplay) into polished, on-brand videos
- Maintain visual consistency and quality at high cadence — multiple creatives per week
Що очікуємо
- 2+ years of experience as a Motion Designer, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives
- Strong portfolio with performance marketing video ads
- Expert level in After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work — hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs
- Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality
