Що робити
- Launch and manage CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS channels;
- Maintain and execute the communications content calendar;
- Create and adapt email and messaging templates;
- Configure tournaments, bonuses, and promotional activities in the CMS;
- Coordinate tasks with designers and copywriters;
Що очікуємо
- At least 1 year of experience in CRM, Retention, or Lifecycle Marketing;
- Experience working with CRM platforms and CMS systems;
- Understanding of user segmentation and retention principles;
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, or Gambling will be considered a plus.
