• 🔹 Manage and coordinate the process of opening corporate bank accounts and payment system accounts for legal entities;
• 🔹 Communicate and negotiate with partners, agents, banks, and government authorities;
• 🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and supporting legal documentation;
• 🔹 Prepare legal opinions on matters related to corporate, international, tax, labor, and financial law, ensuring compliance with local regulations;
