Role Summary
We are looking for a mid-level full-stack software developer with strong TypeScript experience and hands-on production engineering background. This role is for someone who can independently build, test, deploy, and maintain real application features across the frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years working on production systems. Experience with GenAI-based applications is a plus, but the core requirement is solid software engineering ability: clean APIs, reliable backend services, database design, file-processing workflows, background jobs, and maintainable application architecture.
This developer should be comfortable using modern AI development tools such as Claude Code to accelerate implementation, testing, refactoring, and debugging. However, AI tools are expected to improve productivity, not replace engineering judgment. The candidate must still understand the codebase, review generated code carefully, write tests, and take ownership of production quality.
The role requires strong TypeScript skills, experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, Flask, or similar, and practical AWS production experience. The candidate should be familiar with PostgreSQL, queues, workers, Lambda, object storage, CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, code review, and documentation.
This is a hands-on delivery role for a developer who can move fast without creating fragile systems. The right person is productive, pragmatic, comfortable working with AI-assisted development workflows, and disciplined enough to ship reliable software into production.
