Impressit is looking for an HR Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of core people operations and HR processes for a growing company of 60+ employees. You’ll work closely with employees, managers, and department heads, ensuring smooth HR operations and continuously improving internal processes.
📍 The position is based in Lviv, with an expectation to work from the office at least once a week
What do we expect? — 2–3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in IT — Experience managing the full onboarding and offboarding cycle — Confident experience with HRIS systems such as PeopleForce, BambooHR, Deel, or similar — as a system owner, not just a user — Experience building and implementing internal HR processes — Experience working with international employees and global teams — Strong communication, presentation, and active people skills — Proactive, curious, and people-oriented approach — High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently — Ability to use AI tools to automate routine HR tasks — English B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher
What will you do? — Manage the full employee onboarding and offboarding cycle — Administer the HRIS: employee profiles, documents, and data accuracy — Hold regular 1:1s with team members and support employee relations — Manage vacations, sick leave, and business trips — Coordinate employee benefits — Administer performance review processes — Maintain competency matrices and the Level & Grade structure together with the Competency Manager — Contribute to motivation and compensation systems, including global compensation practices — Run HR initiatives focused on employee engagement and team collaboration — Partner with department heads on people-related and development matters — Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR processes using AI tools
As a plus: — Experience in a rapidly scaling company — Experience with global teams and international employees — Familiarity with competency matrices and Level & Grade systems — Experience developing employee engagement initiatives
