• Hands-on channel experience: Google Ads and PPC, on-page and off-page SEO, email, conversion optimization and outbound beyond cold email, with tools like Google Analytics, ad managers and keyword tools.
• You think in numbers. You read a funnel, know the unit economics and tell real signal from vanity metrics.
• You know how A/B tests break. Sample ratio problems, A/A tests, bad splits: you check the setup before you trust a result.
• Daily work with AI agents and automation, including SEO research, competitor analysis and content optimization, and the judgment to review their output instead of publishing it blind.
