About Ardas
Ardas is a software development company with over 20 years of experience building web solutions for international clients.
We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to join Ardas and work on international client web products.
What you’ll work on
Our upcoming work includes developing an existing all-in-one platform for managing memberships, selling tickets, hosting events, and organizing content.
You may also have an opportunity to contribute to a new product for sales operations automation. The platform will replace spreadsheet-based workflows with centralized sales tracking, commission and bonus calculations, performance dashboards, reporting, and role-based access.
The initial project allocation will depend on your start date and the current status of our client projects.
What you’ll do
Develop full-stack product functionality end to end
Build and maintain frontend features and backend APIs
Work with databases, authentication, permissions, and external integrations
Investigate and resolve bugs and production issues
Clarify requirements and contribute to technical solutions
Write automated tests that verify real user scenarios and prevent regressions
Participate in the GitHub pull-request flow and code reviews
Use AI coding tools throughout the development process while taking full responsibility for the quality and correctness of the delivered code
Follow the existing architecture and patterns while keeping solutions simple and maintainable
Stack
TypeScript (strict mode), Node.js
React, TanStack Query/RTQ, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui or similar component kit
REST APIs with Express or NestJS; OpenAPI specs
MongoDB (Mongoose) or PostgreSQL
Zod or similar runtime validation
Jest or Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright
Git, GitHub pull-request flow, GitHub Actions
Docker for local services
AI tooling
Daily use of Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, or Copilot for most of the code
Writes specs and project instruction files (CLAUDE.md, .cursorrules) that steer the tool
Uses MCP integrations (GitHub, databases, docs) from the coding tool
How you work
Reproduces a bug before fixing it
Investigates before asking; brings findings and a proposed answer
Delivers tasks end to end, including issues found along the way
Able to work in parallel effectively using multiple agents
Follows existing patterns and architecture boundaries of the codebase, knows how to avoid typical AI codegen issues
Writes simple, clear code: KISS, DRY, YAGNI
Handles edge cases by default: empty data, permissions, concurrency
Writes tests that catch real bugs
Understands and can explain every line of AI-generated code; verifies it by running it
