Group107 is looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join the team. You’ll own the build, automation, and reliability of cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud (OCI), working closely with the development and QA teams.
Hands-on Oracle Cloud (OCI) experience is a critical requirement. We’re considering candidates who already have practical, hands-on OCI experience. Without it, unfortunately, we won’t be able to move forward.
What you’ll do
Design, provision, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Oracle Cloud (OCI) using Infrastructure-as-Code
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (automated testing, build, deployment)
Operate containerized workloads on Kubernetes and Docker
Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging to catch issues before users do
Optimize infrastructure across cost, performance, and reliability
Maintain documentation and propose improvements to deployment and operational processes
Must-have requirements
Hands-on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) experience — critical (3+ years in cloud overall)
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
Docker for containerization
Experience with Kubernetes
Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Understanding of GitOps / GitFlow and working with Git
Monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana
Linux administration and shell scripting
Nice to have
Configuration management (Ansible)
Python scripting for automation
Experience with other clouds (AWS, Azure)
Secrets management and security hardening
Certification (e.g. OCI Architect Associate)
