Що робити
- Collaborate as a business analyst on projects, gathering and documenting business requirements, as well as stakeholders’, functional, and technical requirements.
- Participate in Presales & Tenders activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, and proposal development.
- Participate in Discovery phase activities, including the development of: product vision, user story map, backlog prioritisation, value stream map, BOM, non-functional requirement elicitation, and product roadmap, etc.
- Plan and conduct elicitation sessions to gather user requirements and understand business needs.
- Analyse and document internal business processes, identify areas for improvement, and suggest and implement solutions.
Що очікуємо
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry.
- Experience in Presales and Discovery phase activities.
- Experience of participation in 2-3 commercial projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
- Proficiency in requirement management and visualisation tools.
