Що робити

  • Actively contribute to lead generation through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, or other acquisition channels
  • Conduct intro calls, identify client needs, and present suitable solutions
  • Qualify sales opportunities and drive them through the sales pipeline
  • Manage the pre-sales process with Tech Leads and Business Analysts (estimation, scope)
  • Prepare commercial proposals and handle negotiations

Що очікуємо

  • 2+ years of experience in active sales (IT Outsource / Outstaff)
  • 2+ years of hands-on lead generation through LinkedIn or outsourcing marketplaces (e.g. Upwork)
  • Track record of selling custom software development services, including Web Applications, AI/ML solutions, and dedicated development teams
  • Proven full-cycle sales experience, from intro call to contract signing
  • Experience working with international clients, conducting negotiations, and delivering client presentations
