Що робити
- Support and maintain Microsoft-based customer environments
- Handle L2/L3 escalations from Service Desk team
- Troubleshoot complex endpoint, identity, and cloud issues
- Work with Intune deployments, policies, compliance, and security baselines
- Support onboarding and migrations for SMB customers
Що очікуємо
- 7+ years of professional IT infrastructure experience
- Previous MSP experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work EST business hours
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
