Що робити

Strategic Scaling & Infrastructure: Plan, execute, and optimize massive performance-based Meta campaigns. You will manage and scale our account infrastructure (Business Managers, strong profiles, agency accounts, proxies) to ensure continuous ad uptime and aggressive scaling in a highly regulated space.
Advanced Cloaking & Funnel Optimization: Own the end-to-end user journey. You will deploy and manage industry-leading cloaking tools and trackers (e.g., Keitaro, Traffic Armor) to route traffic flawlessly. You’ll manage both “safe pages” and “money pages,” obsessively optimizing to squeeze every drop of ROI out of our traffic while keeping ban rates low.
Creative Synergy (Compliance vs. Conversion): Work hand-in-hand with our Motion and Design teams to translate performance data into winning creative briefs. You know exactly how to design “compliant-looking” creatives that pass Meta’s automated and manual reviews, while still hooking the audience for the underlying offer.
Data Command & Resilient Tracking: Monitor performance with a hawk’s eye despite account churn. Implement robust server-side tracking (Meta CAPI) and post-back setups to ensure we never lose data. Generate deep-dive reports that provide the “why” behind the “what,” allowing us to pivot at startup speed.
Platform Mastery: Stay two steps ahead of Meta’s policy updates, review algorithms, and AI moderation bots. You should know Facebook’s automated review triggers better than they know them themselves.

Що очікуємо

2+ years of high-volume experience in Meta UA/Media Buying, specifically running gray-hat, dating, adult, or highly regulated niches (like AI companions or subscription-based entertainment).
Hands-on Cloaking Expertise: Proven experience setting up and managing traffic filtering, trackers, and cloaking software to protect landing pages from bots, spy tools, and manual reviewers.
Infrastructure Management: Deep understanding of the Meta ecosystem, including warming up accounts, handling restrictions, appealing bans, and managing a steady supply of BMs and profiles.
Technical Tracking: Solid understanding of performance attribution, server-side API setups, pixel preservation, and hands-on experience with data visualization tools.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
